HMGP 7620 (CPBS 7792, and BMGN 7620) optional computer workshop will provide students with the minimal skills necessary to access databases, download and manipulate large datasets, and to visualize and interpret results.
The Computational Section Director is Jason de Koning, Assistant Director is Jianbin Wang. TAs are Alex Poole and Vijetha Vemulapalli. Other knowledgeable computational volunteers are welcome. Students with previous computational experience will be graded primarily on their ability to help teach others.
: The workshop is full. The final roster will be complete Fri Jan 29, and people who expressed interest in the workshop will receieve emails if they are on the roster or not.
