The Consortium for Comparative Genomics: Aims

The Consortium for Comparative Genomics is a multi-departmental and multi-institution initiative to develop genomics research in the School of Medicine and Colorado as a whole, and beyond.

The Consortium will promote a collaborative computational and intellectual infrastructure and develop next-generation sequencing capability and technical support. It will also promote the use of these core facilities to hire Comparative Genomics among participating faculty.

Further information can be found in the letter of intent for the AEF grant, and in the full AEF grant.
