Professors and Teaching Assistants

The teaching structure of BIOI 7712 was disrupted in 2007, and being reorganized somewhat "on the fly" by Prof. David Pollock. Individual lectures will be provided by most of the Computational Bioscience faculty, including Profs. David Osguthorpe, Katerina Kechris, Rob Knight, and Debra Goldberg. Senior graduate student Hyun-min Kim is assistant teaching as well as providing a number of lectures, and other lectures will be provided by postdoctoral fellow Wanjun Gu and senior graduate students Greg Caporaso, and Tom McTavish.
