The Consortium for Comparative Genomics (CCG) is a multi-institution multi-departmental initiative to develop genomics in Colorado.

The CCG runs and operates a 454/Roche (Pollock) and Illumina/Solexa (Johnston) high-throughput sequencer. Access to the 454 is available to researchers at consortium member institutions, outside academic researchers, and some commercial customers through a high-throughput sequencing core operated in conjunction with the UC Cancer Center DNA Sequencing laboratory.
