Standard Registration (until December 15, 2012) for the conference is $175 per registrant and may be paid by credit card. This includes Friday night dinner and lunches during the conference. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. After that, late registration is $200.

If you wish to present a poster or speak, please email a one paragraph abstract to David Pollock. Contributed posters and speakers will be selected from the abstracts.
